Question 1

How do I get started working with you?

Accepted Answer

It's easy! Just book a free discovery call through our contact page. We'll chat about your project, goals, and whether we're a good fit. If we decide to move forward, we'll send you a proposal and kick things off!

Question 2

What information do you need from me to start?

Accepted Answer

We'll need to know about your business, target audience, brand style preferences, and any specific features you want. Don't worry if you're not sure about everything — we'll guide you through it during our discovery call.

Question 3

Do you offer payment plans?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We typically split payments into 2-3 installments: a deposit to start, a midpoint payment, and a final payment before launch. We can discuss options that work for your budget.

Question 4

How long does a typical project take?

Accepted Answer

Most websites take 2-4 weeks from start to finish, depending on the complexity. Shopify stores usually take 3-5 weeks. Dubsado setups can be done in 1-2 weeks. We'll give you a specific timeline in your proposal.

Question 5

How many revisions are included?

Accepted Answer

Depending on your package, you'll get 2-3 rounds of revisions. We work closely with you throughout the process, so by the time we reach the revision stage, we're usually just making small tweaks!

Question 6

What happens after my website launches?

Accepted Answer

We provide 30 days of post-launch support to fix any bugs or make minor adjustments. We'll also train you on how to update your site yourself. After that, we offer ongoing maintenance packages if you'd like continued support.

Question 7

Do I need to have a domain and hosting?

Accepted Answer

You'll need a domain (your website address), but hosting depends on the platform. Wix and Shopify include hosting in their plans. We can help you set up your domain if you don't have one yet.

Question 8

Will I be able to update my website myself?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! We specifically use platforms like Wix and Shopify because they're user-friendly. We'll provide training and documentation so you feel confident making updates on your own.

Question 9

Do you provide SEO services?

Accepted Answer

Basic SEO setup is included in all our packages — proper titles, descriptions, and image optimisation. For more advanced SEO (keyword research, content strategy), we offer it as an add-on.

Question 10

How much does a website cost?

Accepted Answer

Prices vary depending on your needs. Wix websites start from £1,600, Shopify stores from £3,500, and Dubsado setups from £1,500. Use the pricing calculator for an estimate, or get in touch for a quote.

Question 11

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely through our invoicing system.

Question 12

Is there a refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Due to the custom nature of our work, deposits are non-refundable. However, we're committed to your satisfaction and will work with you to ensure you love the final result.
