Why shouldn't I just use Wix, Squarespace or Shopify on my own?+
Honestly — sometimes you should. If you have a tiny budget and a few evenings to learn, a DIY site is fine. No — we deliberately don't. For small businesses, WordPress means ongoing plugin updates, security risks, and developer dependency. We build on Wix Studio and Shopify so you stay in control and your monthly costs stay predictable.
What ongoing costs should I expect?+
Roughly £15–£35/month for hosting (Wix or Shopify), £10–£20/year for your domain, and optionally £70–£300/month if you want us on a care plan handling updates and edits. No mandatory retainers.
Do you work with very new businesses?+
Yes — we love working with start-ups and first-year businesses. We'll be brutally honest about what you actually need on day one so you don't over-invest before you've proven the offer.
